Publisher: Zed7 PTY LTD, ABN 85 168 176 403, trading as or publishing PMOEasy Applies to: PMOEasy website, checkout, download, support, account access and customer communications
Privacy Boundary
PMOEasy provides downloadable project management templates, bundles, guides and supporting digital materials. Customers complete templates locally in their own environment. PMOEasy does not receive completed customer project files unless a customer separately provides them for support, feedback or another agreed purpose.
If PMOEasy offers upload, storage, collaboration, interactive or AI-integrated services, PMOEasy will describe the relevant privacy and data-handling position for those services.
Information PMOEasy May Collect
PMOEasy may collect the minimum information reasonably needed to operate the website, checkout, download and support workflows, including:
- contact details supplied by the Customer;
- order, receipt, invoice and entitlement records;
- Stripe checkout and webhook transaction identifiers;
- download logs, token records, file version supplied and access dates;
- support messages and technical information needed to resolve a request;
- analytics, email and website usage information where enabled.
Cookies, Analytics And Advertising
PMOEasy uses necessary browser storage to operate and secure the website. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are disabled unless the visitor gives consent through the cookie banner. Visitors can accept, reject or choose optional categories and can change or withdraw their choice at any time using the Cookie settings control.
Where consent is given, PMOEasy may use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use, and Google Ads and Reddit advertising tags to measure campaign performance and create or exclude advertising audiences. These providers may receive online identifiers, device and browser information, pages viewed and campaign interactions. PMOEasy does not intentionally send checkout email addresses, payment details or customer download data to these advertising tags.
Google Consent Mode communicates the visitor's consent choices to Google. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied until advertising consent is granted. A confirmed-purchase event may be used, with advertising consent, to exclude purchasers from acquisition advertising. Withdrawing consent prevents further optional tag use on that browser; it does not require providers to erase information lawfully processed before withdrawal.
Consent choices are stored in the visitor's browser. Clearing browser storage may cause the banner to be shown again. Provider information and opt-out controls are available through Google's and Reddit's privacy materials and advertising settings.
How PMOEasy Uses Information
PMOEasy may use information to:
- process orders and payments;

Third-Party Providers
PMOEasy may use third-party providers for payment processing, tax calculation, storage, hosting, analytics, email, support, downloads or security.
Those providers may process information under their own terms, privacy notices, security settings or technical limitations. Payment processing, card storage, tax calculation, bank fees, payment disputes and currency conversion may be handled by payment providers or financial institutions.
Customer Project Content
Customers should remove confidential, personal, regulated or sensitive information before sending Completed Artefacts or other project files to PMOEasy support unless they are satisfied the applicable terms, privacy notices, security settings and their own obligations permit that use.
For any PMOEasy feature that allows upload, storage, submission, processing or sharing of content, including interactive or AI-integrated services, the Customer is responsible for deciding what content to provide and confirming it has authority to provide that content, except to the extent PMOEasy expressly accepts a different responsibility in applicable product terms or a written agreement.
Security, Retention And Access
PMOEasy takes reasonable steps to protect personal information it holds from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
PMOEasy keeps transaction, invoice, entitlement, support and download records only for as long as reasonably needed for operational, legal, tax, accounting, support, security and licence-compliance purposes.
Privacy, access, correction or complaint requests can be sent to legal@pmoeasy.com.
Overseas Disclosure
Some third-party providers may store or process information outside Australia. PMOEasy will update this policy where required to reflect relevant provider, processing or disclosure changes.
