Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, Customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, cancellation, compensation or another remedy required by law. For failures that are not major failures, Customers may be entitled to have the failure rectified within a reasonable time or to receive another remedy required by law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Digital Downloads
PMOEasy products are digital downloads. PMOEasy is not required to provide a refund merely because the Customer changes their mind, purchases the wrong product, lacks the software or skill to use the product, no longer needs the product, asks for goodwill, or has already downloaded or accessed the product, except where a remedy is required by law.
When PMOEasy Will Assess A Remedy
PMOEasy will assess refund or remedy requests on their merits where:
- the Licensed Materials are materially different from the product description;
- purchased files cannot be downloaded after reasonable support attempts;
- purchased files are corrupted, missing or incomplete;
- the Customer made an accidental duplicate purchase;
- the product otherwise fails to meet a non-excludable guarantee.
How To Request Support Or A Refund
Refund or remedy requests should be sent to support@pmoeasy.com with:
- the purchaser name and email address;
- order or receipt details;
- the product purchased;
- a short description of the issue;
- screenshots or error messages where relevant.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method where practicable.
Currency conversion costs, card fees, bank fees and foreign-exchange changes may be outside PMOEasy's control unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a Customer raises a payment-provider dispute or chargeback, PMOEasy may suspend download access while the dispute is investigated, to the extent permitted by law.
Incorrect Listings
If PMOEasy cancels or reverses a fulfilled transaction because of an obvious or manifest listing error, PMOEasy should provide a full refund to the Customer's original payment method where practicable or another appropriate remedy required by law before the affected licence terminates.
