Support Scope
Unless the product page, order or written agreement says otherwise, PMOEasy support for downloadable templates includes reasonable help with:
- download access issues;
- corrupted or missing purchased files;
- duplicate purchase queries;
- purchase confirmation issues;
- basic product-file questions.
What Support Does Not Include
PMOEasy support does not include:
- project management consulting;
- legal, accounting, tax, procurement or professional advice;
- template customisation;
- review or approval of Customer project documents;
- training, implementation or change-management services.
Service Level
Support is provided on a best-efforts basis through the published PMOEasy support channel. Unless the product page, order or written agreement says otherwise, PMOEasy does not provide a formal service level agreement for downloadable template products.
Support Information
When contacting support, Customers should provide:
- purchaser name and email address;
- order or receipt details;
- product name;
- file or download issue description;
- screenshots, browser details or error messages where relevant.
Customers should remove confidential, personal, regulated or sensitive information before sending completed project documents or artefacts to PMOEasy support.
